Postpartum care focuses on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of mothers during as well the new born and extended family.


Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Overview Our membership offers personalized, high-quality in-home care services tailored to meet your individual needs. Membership provides access to exclusive benefits, consistent caregiver assignments, and priority scheduling to ensure exceptional care and convenience. 2. Eligibility Membership is open to individuals requiring assistance with household maintenance, daily living activities, medical and physical care, assistance or companionship services at home. 3. Membership provides access to all services , around-the-clock care with additional perks like massage therapies, wellness checks and family updates. 4. Membership Charges Monthly charges are determined based on availability requirement of 160 hours per month, organized as client's will, and specific service requirements. Payments are due every 1st day of the month, with an option for annual prepayment at a discounted rate. 5. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day written notice. Refunds for prepayments will be prorated based on the services used. 6. Service Availability Care services are provided based on caregiver availability and within the agreed schedule. Changes to schedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. 7. Privacy and Confidentiality We prioritize your privacy and ensure all personal and medical information is kept confidential in compliance with applicable laws. 8. Member Responsibilities Members are expected to provide accurate information, communicate schedule changes promptly, and maintain a safe environment for caregivers. Families should not make any payment arrangements with an agency's provided caregiver, outside Cocony's pipeline. Any breach of the business relationship between a family and Cocony Care while in contract, will be fined by the dollars amount worth of a monthly charge. 9. Updates and Amendments We reserve the right to update the membership policy as needed. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
